About this role
The team is seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually engaging user interfaces for both web and mobile applications. You will collaborate closely with product managers and developers to create user-friendly designs that align with business and technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to create user-friendly designs.
- Conduct user research, including usability testing and user feedback sessions, to understand user needs and pain points.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
- Ensure consistency across all digital products and maintain design standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Experience with conducting user research and usability testing.
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI design or a related field.
