About this role
The team is seeking a talented UX Designer to design intuitive, user-friendly digital experiences for enterprise and B2B applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong UX and visual design skills, good product thinking, and the ability to collaborate effectively with product, engineering, and business teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand user needs, business requirements, and product goals to create effective UX solutions.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with technical constraints.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Experience in creating responsive designs for various platforms.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts and rationale.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in UX design, preferably in enterprise or B2B environments.
