About this role
The team is seeking a talented UX Designer who is adept at understanding business requirements and technical limitations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting user research, interviews, and surveys, and translating findings into actionable designs such as sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research and gather insights through interviews and surveys.
- Create sitemaps, user flows, and customer journey maps to visualize user interactions.
- Develop wireframes and mockups to illustrate design concepts.
- Design the overall functionality of the product to enhance user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in UX design.
