About this role
The team is seeking a UX Designer to help design and implement intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly interfaces across their web applications. In this role, you will work closely with developers and product owners to improve the usability and design of PHP and React-based applications built on Laravel and hosted on AWS. This position bridges the gap between design and development, allowing you to contribute both creatively and technically.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and prototype user interfaces for web applications.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback.
- Analyze user needs and behaviors to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX design.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in UX design or a similar role.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
