The team is seeking a User Access Management - SAP GRC Access Control Analyst to join their team. This role is crucial for ensuring that user access to sensitive data and systems is managed effectively and securely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain user access controls within the SAP GRC Access Control framework.
- Conduct regular audits of user access rights and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Collaborate with IT and business units to define and implement access control policies and procedures.
- Provide support and training to users regarding access management processes and tools.
- Analyze and resolve access-related issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in user access management and SAP GRC.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in user access management, specifically with SAP GRC Access Control.
- Strong understanding of access control concepts, identity management, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in SAP GRC tools and related technologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with various stakeholders.
