The team is seeking a skilled Unity Game Developer to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating multi-platform games for iOS, Android, and Windows Phone. You will also lead and mentor junior developers, architect new game projects, and establish best practices for the development team. We are looking for a passionate individual who actively participates in team discussions, scrum meetings, and the game feedback cycle to enhance game quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging multi-platform games using Unity.
- Direct and mentor junior developers to foster their growth and skills.
- Architect new game concepts and features, ensuring high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members during scrum meetings and feedback sessions.
- Establish and promote best practices for game development within the team.
- Stay updated with industry trends and integrate relevant technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent knowledge and experience with Unity.
- Familiarity with multi-platform game development.
- Knowledge of Facebook API is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in game development, specifically with Unity.
