About this role
The team is seeking a UiPath Application Support Engineer specializing in Robotic Process Automation (RPA). This role involves providing technical support and maintenance for UiPath applications, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing support for UiPath applications, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.
- Collaborate with development teams to implement enhancements and new features.
- Monitor application performance and conduct regular maintenance to ensure system integrity.
- Assist in the deployment of RPA solutions and provide training to end-users.
- Document processes and create user manuals for reference.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with UiPath and RPA technologies.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C# or VB.NET.
- Familiarity with SQL databases and data manipulation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in application support or a related field, with a focus on RPA technologies.
