The team is seeking a UiPath Application Support Engineer (RPA) to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support and maintenance for RPA applications, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. You will work closely with stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements to improve efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for UiPath RPA applications, addressing issues and ensuring timely resolution.
- Collaborate with development teams to deploy and maintain RPA solutions.
- Monitor RPA processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement.
- Create and maintain documentation related to RPA processes and support activities.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding of RPA tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with UiPath and RPA technologies.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as C# or Python.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience with process automation and optimization.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in RPA support or related roles.
