About this role
The team is seeking a skilled UI/UX Figma Designer with a strong background in solving complex user problems through innovative user interface design. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, particularly with Figma, and will be responsible for creating mock-ups and prototypes as well as documenting interaction patterns for product UIs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop user-friendly interfaces that enhance user experience.
- Create high-fidelity mock-ups and interactive prototypes using Figma.
- Document interaction patterns and design specifications for product UIs.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions.
- Develop use cases and storyboards to communicate design concepts effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Figma and a strong portfolio showcasing UI-Figma designs and sketches.
- Deep understanding of wire-framing, interaction design, and design best practices.
- Hands-on experience in creating highly interactive prototypes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years in UI/UX design, with a focus on Figma and user-centered design principles.
