UI/UX Developer, Platform UI Team - India

The team is seeking a talented UI/UX Developer to join their Platform UI Team. In this role, you will design and build the front end of a new integration product featuring a node-based, AI-assisted design. You will be responsible for transforming complex technical workflows into a simple and usable interface. This is a greenfield project, meaning you will have the opportunity to create the product's front end from the ground up, without any existing framework to inherit or extend.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand user needs and design requirements.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design ideas.
• Develop and implement user interfaces using modern web technologies.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve the design continuously.
• Maintain a strong focus on usability and accessibility throughout the design and development process.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in UI/UX design and front-end development, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience:

• 5-9 years of relevant experience in UI/UX development and design.
