About this role
The team is seeking a talented and passionate UI/UX Developer with a deep understanding of the US healthcare and insurance domain to join their team. This individual will play a crucial role in crafting user-centered experiences that empower patients and optimize workflows for chiropractors. You will be a key collaborator with stakeholders across departments to ensure that digital solutions are intuitive, engaging, and supportive of better chiropractic care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to visualize design concepts.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction.
- Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across all digital platforms.
- Analyze user feedback and metrics to iterate and improve designs continuously.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in the healthcare or insurance sector.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Experience: 5-8 years in UI/UX design, with a focus on healthcare applications.
