About this role
We are hiring a full-time UI/UX Designer & Frontend Developer to own the design system and help deliver production-quality interfaces across two B2B SaaS products built on a shared modern engineering stack. This is an end-to-end role that encompasses the entire process from User Flow to Production Frontend.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design user flows and wireframes to create intuitive user experiences.
- Utilize Figma for designing high-fidelity prototypes and mockups.
- Govern a centrally managed Bootstrap theme and design-token system to ensure consistency across products.
- Develop reusable components that enhance efficiency and maintainability in the frontend.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on design and functionality.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Figma, Bootstrap, and modern frontend technologies.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.
- Experience in creating and managing design systems.
- Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate design concepts effectively.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years in UI/UX design and frontend development roles.
