The team is looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating user-centered designs that enhance the overall user experience across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and implement innovative design solutions.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve design effectiveness.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas.
- Develop and maintain design guidelines, assets, and documentation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure designs are current and effective.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and solutions.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts and rationale.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in UI/UX design.
