About this role
The team is seeking a talented UI UX Designer who excels in thinking non-linearly. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing interactions, edge-cases, and various states of user experiences through deliverables such as user flows, product maps, wireframes, storyboards, and prototypes. A strong emphasis on user testing and rapid iteration is essential, as is the ability to work within an agile design environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver user-centered design solutions across multiple platforms.
- Create detailed user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure a cohesive user experience.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Experience with agile methodologies and collaborative design processes.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in UI/UX design.
