About this role
The team is seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join their team in Navi Mumbai. This is a full-time, permanent position for an individual who can start immediately or within 15 days.
In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging and user-friendly interfaces for the team products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research and testing to gather insights and feedback.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and task flows based on user needs.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement designs.
- Create visually appealing designs using tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (BE/B Tech preferred).
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design work.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Experience: 3-5 years in UI/UX design or a related field.
