About this role
The team is seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join their growing product team. In this remote role, you will help create intuitive, attractive, and user-friendly digital experiences. You will work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure that design solutions meet user needs and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research to gather insights and understand user needs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts.
- Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to iterate on designs based on feedback.
- Test and validate designs through usability testing and user feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
- Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic front-end development is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design or a related field.
