We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to own user research, design, and improve user experiences across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating intuitive and engaging interfaces that enhance user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create cohesive and user-friendly experiences.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve design processes.
- Advocate for users by incorporating feedback and ensuring accessibility in designs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Experience with responsive design and mobile-first approaches.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design work.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in the tech or ed-tech industry.
