About this role
The team is seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design of user experiences and interfaces for both web and mobile applications. You will play a key role in creating a seamless and engaging user journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own product design by creating flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mocks, and interactive prototypes.
- Maintain and evolve a consistent, reusable component library as part of the design system across all touch-points.
- Develop brand visuals, including illustrations, merchandise, and marketing assets that align with the company’s identity.
- Design, ship, and iterate on high-conversion web pages using Framer and Webflow, ensuring no development hand-offs are needed.
- Conduct iterative feedback loops by testing with users, analyzing results, and refining designs based on insights.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Experience in creating and maintaining design systems.
- Familiarity with web design tools like Framer and Webflow.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience:
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
