About this role
The team is seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences for educational technology applications that serve millions of learners. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to design user interfaces that are not only visually appealing but also highly functional.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design concepts.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.
- Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and meet accessibility standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in the EdTech sector.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present ideas clearly.
