The team is seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join their innovative team in Mumbai. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging and user-friendly interfaces for various digital products. You will collaborate closely with product managers and developers to ensure a seamless user experience across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve designs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a product-focused environment.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and final products.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
