About this role
The team is seeking a talented UI UX Designer to join their hybrid agency team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the design process, focusing on identifying user pain points, defining products, generating innovative concepts, and creating key wireframes. You will work closely with the design lead, fellow designers, and other multi-disciplinary teams including product managers, engineering teams, and user researchers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify user pain points and gather insights to inform design decisions.
- Define product requirements and translate them into user-friendly designs.
- Generate hero concepts and build key wireframes to guide development.
- Design end-to-end user interfaces that enhance user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on design goals.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to refine designs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Ability to think critically and creatively in non-linear terms.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years in UI/UX design or a related field.
