The team is seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will conduct user research, gather insights, and analyze user feedback to understand user needs and pain points. You will create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to illustrate design ideas and concepts, developing visually appealing and user-friendly designs that align with the brand identity and enhance the overall user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Design intuitive and interactive website elements that improve user engagement and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive design solutions.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Experience in creating responsive designs for web and mobile applications.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design or a related field.
