About this role
The team is seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centered digital experiences for web and mobile platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for designing engaging interfaces and enhancing user satisfaction through effective design solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to illustrate design concepts.
- Design high-fidelity UI for both web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.
- Develop comprehensive design systems and style guides to ensure consistency.
- Collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders throughout the design process.
- Ensure all designs are responsive and accessible across various devices.
- Present design ideas and concepts to teams and clients effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Experience with responsive design and accessibility standards.
- Ability to communicate design ideas clearly and effectively.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus but not mandatory.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a digital agency or tech environment.
