UI/UX Design Manager

The team is seeking a talented UI/UX Design Manager to own the design function for a $1 billion brand. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming how design is approached with the integration of AI technologies. Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.
• Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Experience with AI integration in design processes is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and guide a team.

Experience:

• 5-8 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on team management and strategic design initiatives.
