About this role
The team is seeking a UI Lead with extensive experience in React.JS to manage the complete software development process from conception to deployment. This role involves maintaining and upgrading software post-deployment, as well as overseeing the end-to-end life cycle of software and application production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete software development process, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
- Oversee the analysis, writing, building, and deployment of software.
- Guide the automated testing processes and provide constructive feedback to management during development.
- Modify and test changes to previously developed programs to enhance functionality and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of software solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in React.JS and front-end development.
- Proven experience in managing software development life cycles.
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively guide the development team.
Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in software development and team leadership.
