The team is seeking an experienced UI Full Stack Manager to lead a team of UI and Full Stack developers. This role involves overseeing the design and implementation of user interfaces and full stack solutions, ensuring high quality and performance across all applications. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies, along with strong leadership skills to guide the team effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of UI and Full Stack developers.
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of user interfaces and full stack applications.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment are followed.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in UI and Full Stack development.
- Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
- Experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Familiarity with databases like MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Experience required: 10-15 years in a similar role.
