The team is seeking a skilled UCaaS Developer to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and enhancing communication solutions utilizing WebRTC technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and enhance WebRTC-based communication solutions using APIs from platforms like Jitsi, Janus, Zoom, and others.
- Collaborate with media servers to optimize real-time audio and video streaming for the best user experience.
- Implement and refine protocols such as SIP, VoIP, and RTC to support high-quality communication.
- Integrate third-party UCaaS services to enhance functionality and user experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to communication solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in WebRTC development and related technologies.
- Experience with media server management and optimization.
- In-depth knowledge of communication protocols like SIP and VoIP.
- Familiarity with integrating third-party APIs and services.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in UCaaS or related fields.
