The team is seeking a Transformation Manager with a strong background in Oracle Order-to-Cash (OTC) solutions. This role involves leading transformation initiatives and engaging with line of business stakeholders to develop effective roadmaps and implementation strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for articulating clear business outcomes and benefits derived from these transformations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive order to cash transformation discussions with stakeholders.
- Develop and implement strategic roadmaps for Oracle OTC solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment.
- Articulate the business benefits and outcomes of transformation initiatives.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Deep experience with Oracle or SAP implementations.
- Proven track record in driving transformation discussions and initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with next-generation Oracle Order-to-Cash solutions.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years in a relevant transformation or project management role.
