The team is seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead data and analytics projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management and a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end data and analytics projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Oversee the development and implementation of data pipelines and ETL processes.
- Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
- Utilize BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker for data visualization and reporting.
- Provide guidance on data modeling concepts and best practices.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven 7 years of experience in managing data and analytics projects.
- Strong knowledge of data pipelines, ETL tools, and data modeling concepts.
- Experience with data platforms such as Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, or similar.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and data visualization principles.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
