About this role
The team is seeking a Tools CoE Solution Architect to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and implementing enterprise observability and AIOps architecture, focusing on instrumentation, telemetry pipelines, data storage, analytics, and visualization across various infrastructures, applications, and business services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define the enterprise observability and AIOps architecture.
- Develop a comprehensive roadmap for automation and AIOps adoption, including tooling choices, integration patterns, and operating models such as NOC, SOC, SRE, and DevOps.
- Lead solution design for monitoring, logging, tracing, and event management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of solutions.
- Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies to enhance observability and automation capabilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in AIOps and observability architecture design.
- Strong knowledge of instrumentation, telemetry pipelines, and data analytics.
- Experience with monitoring, logging, and event management solutions.
- Familiarity with operating models like NOC, SOC, SRE, and DevOps.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in solution architecture and design.
