The team is seeking a skilled QA Engineer / Testing Lead to join their team immediately. This role is essential for ensuring the quality and reliability of data through comprehensive testing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data testing and ETL concepts, along with advanced SQL skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of QA engineers in testing and validation processes.
- Develop and implement testing strategies for data quality assurance.
- Utilize Python for data testing and automation tasks.
- Conduct thorough testing of Qlik applications (QlikView, Qlik Sense) to ensure functionality and performance.
- Maintain and enhance test management processes using tools such as ALM and JIRA.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5 to 10 years of experience in QA engineering or testing leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of data testing and ETL concepts.
- Proficiency in Python for data-related testing.
- Advanced SQL skills for database management and querying.
- Experience with Qlik testing and validation is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with test management tools such as ALM and JIRA.
