The team is seeking a skilled Test Engineer to join their dynamic team in Bengaluru. This role offers the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, contributing to innovative projects in the aerospace and defense sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for various software and hardware systems.
- Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Perform regression testing and ensure all issues are resolved before deployment.
- Analyze test results and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in testing methodologies and tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, TestRail).
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Experience:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in software testing or a related field is required.
