The team is seeking a Test Automation Expert to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing automation workflows to enhance efficiency and quality in software delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement automation workflows.
- Deploy Test Automation/RPA components, including bots, robots, development tools, code repositories, and logging tools.
- Support the launch and implementation of Test Automation solutions across various projects.
- Create comprehensive process and end-user documentation to facilitate smooth operations.
- Ensure the quality of automation through rigorous QA processes.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, QA Analysts, Product Owners, and other cross-functional resources to define and deliver business impact.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in Test Automation frameworks and tools.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
- Familiarity with RPA tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
- Knowledge of CI/CD practices and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years in Test Automation or related fields.
