The team is seeking a Test Automation Engineer III to join their dynamic team. This role focuses on enhancing the quality of software products through effective test automation strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing and automation, with a passion for improving processes and delivering high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for various applications.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Execute test cases and analyze results to identify defects and areas for improvement.
- Implement and manage testing frameworks and tools to streamline the testing process.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
- Continuously evaluate and improve testing methodologies and practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in test automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and practices.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in an Agile environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in software testing and automation.
