The team is seeking a skilled Test Automation Architect to lead their test automation efforts in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing test automation frameworks, ensuring high-quality software delivery, and mentoring junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop robust test automation frameworks for various applications.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate automated testing into the CI/CD pipeline.
- Ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the automation processes.
- Mentor and guide junior team members in best practices for test automation.
- Continuously evaluate and improve automation tools and strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in test automation architecture and framework design.
- Proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium, TestNG, or similar.
- Strong programming skills in languages like Java, Python, or C#.
- Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or similar.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- 10-14 years of relevant experience in test automation and software quality assurance.
