The team is a leading cybersecurity analytics company specializing in Next-Gen SIEM, UEBA, Insider Risk Management, and identity/threat detection solutions. They are committed to helping enterprises reduce noise, detect threats faster, and improve security outcomes using advanced analytics and AI.
We are seeking an experienced Technical Writer with a strong background in the cybersecurity domain. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and managing high-quality technical and developer documentation that meets the needs of both internal teams and external clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive documentation for cybersecurity products and solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and clarify requirements.
- Ensure documentation is clear, concise, and user-friendly.
- Update and maintain existing documentation to reflect product changes and enhancements.
- Create tutorials, user guides, and API documentation to assist users in understanding and utilizing our products effectively.
- Review and edit documentation produced by other team members to ensure consistency and quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in the cybersecurity domain.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and terminology.
- Proficiency in documentation tools such as MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, or similar.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
