About this role
The team is seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining clear and concise documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences. You will collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to ensure that all materials are accurate and up-to-date.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and write user manuals, API documentation, and SDK guides.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to gather information and clarify technical concepts.
- Edit and proofread documentation to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Utilize version control systems (such as Git) to manage documentation updates.
- Conduct research to gather information from various sources and synthesize it for documentation purposes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in technical writing or a similar role.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, PHP, TypeScript, HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Experience with APIs, SDKs, and developer-facing documentation.
- Exceptional writing skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
- Strong research skills and attention to detail.
