The team is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM professional for a permanent on-site role in Bangalore. This position is dedicated to the strategic oversight of Oracle HCM, focusing on Core HR, performance management, and talent development. The successful candidate will play a critical role in refining human capital workflows, ensuring data accuracy, and fostering organizational growth through effective talent strategies and performance review cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the implementation and management of Oracle HCM modules, specifically Core HR, performance management, and talent development.
- Collaborate with HR teams to refine workflows and processes for enhanced efficiency.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the Oracle HCM system.
- Develop and implement talent management strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Facilitate performance review cycles and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Train and support HR staff in utilizing Oracle HCM tools effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Oracle Fusion HCM, particularly in Core HR and performance management.
- Proven track record in talent management and organizational development.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
- Familiarity with HR best practices and compliance standards.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in Oracle HCM or similar HRIS systems.
