About this role
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be the first and second line of defense for healthcare organizations that depend on the team EHR platform to deliver patient care every single day. This role is dynamic and requires you to own the full lifecycle of support incidents, from initial triage and diagnosis at the L1 layer through to deeper technical investigation and resolution at L2. You will engage directly with clinical and administrative users, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first and second line technical support for EHR platform users.
- Triage and diagnose support incidents, ensuring timely resolution.
- Conduct in-depth technical investigations for complex issues.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to understand their requirements and challenges.
- Document support processes and solutions for future reference.
- Participate in training and onboarding of new users on the EHR platform.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably in healthcare IT.
- Strong understanding of EHR systems and healthcare workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and support documentation.
Experience:
- 3-5 years in technical support or a related field, with a focus on healthcare applications.
