About this role
The team is seeking a Technical Project Manager with a strong background in development and project management. In this role, you will lead and manage DevOps, AI-assisted development, and software engineering projects to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the management of software development projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Utilize AI-powered development tools such as Cursor.AI, GitHub Copilot, and Tabnine to enhance code building, debugging, and automation processes.
- Oversee the implementation of CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure automation.
- Ensure adherence to security best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and objectives, and establish clear timelines.
- Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project management within software development environments.
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices and tools.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and methodologies.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure and CI/CD processes.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in technical project management and software development.
