The team is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver large-scale enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of end-to-end program ownership and a proven ability to manage complex projects effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications.
- Manage application delivery using Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Node.js technology stacks.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.
- Utilize AWS Cloud services, including EC2, Lambda, ECS/EKS, RDS, S3, and API Gateway, for application deployment and management.
- Monitor project progress and performance, implementing necessary adjustments to meet objectives.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10-14 years of experience in project management, specifically in enterprise application delivery.
- Strong technical background in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Node.js.
- Proven experience with AWS Cloud and its key services.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
