About this role
The team is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead complex application projects, preferably in a cloud environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing projects for North American clients and will be adept at working with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage technical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Product Owners, and Business Analysts to understand project requirements and business needs.
- Utilize your expertise in Java, Spring Boot, databases, REST, and Microservices to guide the development team.
- Ensure Agile methodologies are effectively implemented throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Provide recommendations based on solution design and technical feasibility.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project management, particularly in the Banking or Financial sector.
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies and their application in project delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration across teams.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Agile project management tools and practices.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in technical project management, with a focus on complex applications.
