The team is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional enterprise technology programs. This role focuses on SAP, Enterprise IT Systems, Cybersecurity, Digital Platforms, APIs, and Customer Engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of technology implementation in a corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple technical programs ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain program schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the program lifecycle.
- Communicate program status, challenges, and successes to stakeholders at all levels.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the technology department.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in program management, specifically in SAP and enterprise IT systems.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices.
- Familiarity with digital transformation and API management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile) are a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in technical program management or related roles.
