About this role
As a Technical Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in translating various regulatory and compliance (RaC) requirements into actionable product features for our software development teams. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to analyze, document, and refine high-level requirements, ensuring they are well-defined for engineering teams to implement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements.
- Translate regulatory and compliance requirements into clear product features.
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure successful implementation of features.
- Document and refine product requirements and user stories.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams.
- Participate in product planning and roadmap discussions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a technical environment.
- Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance standards in healthcare software.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into actionable tasks.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product ownership or management, preferably in the healthcare technology sector.
