About this role
The team is seeking a Technical Product Manager to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for liaising with internal business teams such as Sales, Underwriting, Actuary, Operations, Claims, and Finance, as well as external partners to ensure effective requirement elicitation and system solution design. You will define the customer journey and work to ensure a seamless experience for all users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the development team on project planning and delivery schedules.
- Ensure that products comply with regulatory and compliance standards.
- Monitor product performance and implement improvements based on data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and prioritize product requirements.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product strategy.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in a technical environment.
- Strong understanding of product development processes and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the insurance industry is a plus.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of experience in product management or related fields.
