About this role
The team is seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead the end-to-end product development process within the software development lifecycle. This role requires close collaboration with engineering teams to deliver scalable and high-quality software solutions that meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and specifications.
- Manage the product roadmap and prioritize features based on customer feedback and market trends.
- Oversee the development process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software.
- Analyze product performance and iterate based on user feedback and data analytics.
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders and development teams to facilitate communication and understanding.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager or similar role in software development.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management software.
- Technical background with knowledge of programming languages and software architecture is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in product management or related fields, preferably in a technology-focused environment.
