The team is seeking a Technical Product Manager to join their innovative Morningstar Indexes team. This role is crucial in bridging the gap between technical development and product strategy, ensuring that investment solutions are effectively delivered to meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision and roadmap.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product enhancements.
- Manage the product lifecycle from conception to launch, ensuring timely delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in product management, preferably in financial services or investment solutions.
- Strong understanding of equity research, asset allocation, and portfolio construction.
- Proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with investment metrics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in product management or related roles, with a focus on technical products.
