The team is seeking an experienced Technical Leader specializing in Network Security to join their IT Services Consulting team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network security technologies and a proven track record of leading teams to success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of network security professionals to ensure high-quality project delivery.
- Design and implement network security solutions that meet client requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define security protocols and best practices.
- Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify and mitigate potential threats.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in network security to enhance service offerings.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in network security, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of network security protocols, firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems.
- Experience with security compliance frameworks and regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a team and interact with clients.
Experience:
- 5-8 years in network security, with a focus on leadership roles.
