About this role
The team is seeking a Technical Lead for WinBatch to C# Automation Modernization. In this role, you will help design, build, and continuously improve the team online platform. You will research, suggest, and implement new technology solutions while adhering to best practices and standards. Additionally, you will take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of various products and be a productive member of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead large-scale WinBatch-to-C#/.NET migration projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement automation strategies.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of new features and enhancements.
- Mentor and guide team members in best practices and modern development techniques.
- Monitor and optimize system performance and reliability.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in C# and .NET development.
- Strong background in enterprise automation and platform modernization.
- Familiarity with WinBatch scripting and migration processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Experience:
- Minimum of 6-10 years in relevant technology roles, with a focus on automation and modernization.
