About this role
The team is seeking a Technical Lead - Testing to join their Workforce Intelligence QA team. This small, collaborative group is dedicated to delivering high-quality products through both manual and automation testing. As a Technical Lead, you will play a crucial role in leading a team of QA Engineers within a feature development team, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a small team of QA Engineers in testing procedures and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing strategies and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts.
- Conduct manual testing and oversee the execution of test cases to validate product functionality.
- Analyze test results and provide feedback to development teams to drive continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to enhance testing processes and tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in both manual and automation testing.
- Proficiency in testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit, or similar.
- Familiarity with programming languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years in a lead role.
